I need to know the average cost to pour a sidewalk, per sqare foot.

Call 4-5 mason contractors and get estimates. They'll know the best price as they live in the area.

I did it myself with supplies from Home Depot. With rebar, wood edging and sand base, and a depth of 5" it cost me $6 a square foot. You can cut the cost if you do 3" instead of 5" Figure labor by doubling the cost of supplies. $500 in supplies would be $1000 in labor...so do it yourself and reduce the total cost by 66%.
